Carmelo Louis Tirone 89 of Hamilton Square passed away August 4, 2016 peacefully at home. Mr. Tirone was born in Staten Island, NJ a graduate of Port Richmond High School a Navy Veteran having served in WWII He is retired from Verizon and was an avid bowler and Yankee's fan Son of the late Giacamo & Antoinette Tirone Husband of the late Maryann Tirone Surviving are his Son Gary Tirone of Hamilton Square Son and daughter in law Douglas & Lori-Ann Tirone of Eastampton, NJ 2 grandchildren Amanda Leigh and Nicholas Anthony Many nieces, nephews and cousins Relatives and friends may call Sunday 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00pm at Knott's Colonial Funeral Home, 2946 South Broad St. Hamilton. Services and entombment will be private at Colonial Memorial Park Cemetery Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
