Frank's astute mind, captivating spirit and infectious sense of humor made him a truly extraordinary soul. His radiance shall continue to guide us from above as we fondly remember how he effortlessly brought joy into our lives. We are so sad to hear about Franks passing. We met Frank while we were eating at JoJos. He overheard my son and husband talking bout racing and from there Frank became my sons biggest fan. He would call and chat weekly or more to chat with Shea. We became like family over the past couple years . I myself had quite a few heart to heart conversations with Frank while at the track. He was a strong minded man who loved his wife and fishing. I know God welcomed Frank in heaven with open arms even though it was way before we wanted him to leave here. Rest In peace Frank. -The Wills Family
