Irene Keks 78 of Hamilton passed away February 6, 2024.
Irene was born in Bari, Italy and has been an area resident most of her life.
She is retired from Verizon and was formerly employed at AAA.
She was a shop steward for CWA, and a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America, She enjoyed cooking and was very good at it.
Daughter of the late Nathan and Helen Lidzki.
Surviving are her beloved husband of 58 years John J. Keks.
Daughter and son in law, Denise M. and Michael J. Murphy.
Brother, Albert Akerman.
Funeral services are Tuesday 11:00am at Knott's Colonial Funeral Home, 2946 South Broad St. Hamilton.
Relatives and friends may call Monday 6:00 – 8:00pm at the funeral home.
