Obituary of Josephine E. Piotrowski

Josephine E. Piotrowski, 86, of Ewing Twp., passed away on March 11, 2023.  Josephine was a former resident of Trenton and Bordentown Twp. for many years.  She retired from A&P and Superfresh.  She was also formerly employed by G.E. Aerospace.  Josephine loved to cook and bake cookies, especially for special occasions and the holiday season.  Her whole life was about her family, and she cherished all of the family dinners and vacations they spent together. She will be remembered for her unwavering kind, generous and helpful nature.

Daughter of the late Michael and Grace (Mendozzi) Fantozzi, mother of the late Sandra Panfili (Gerry), and sister of the late Daniel Fantozzi, Carmella Cipriano, Helen DiCioccio, Antoinette Carugno, and Michael Fantozzi.  She is survived by her loving twin children Robin Piotrowski of Ewing, and Richard Piotrowski and his wife Judy of Hamilton, grandchildren Richard Piotrowski III and his wife Jaimie, Nicholas Piotrowski, Daniel Piotrowski, Ryan Piotrowski, Paige Clark and her husband Kevin, and Matthew Panfili, great-grandchildren Josie, Reese, Jack, and Stella, her two sisters Angelina Russo of Florence, and Agnes Campbell of Florence.

The funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, March 17, 2023, at 11:00am at St. Anthony’s Roman Catholic Church 626 S. Olden Ave. Trenton, NJ 08629.  Calling hours will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2023, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Knott’s Colonial Funeral Home 2946 South Broad Street Hamilton, NJ 08610, and again on Friday morning from 10:00am to 11:00am at the church.  Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to The Michael J.
