Obituary of Tina M. Torres

Tina M. Torres, 65, of Hamilton, passed away on December 10, 2022. Born in Trenton, she has been a lifelong area resident. She was a graduate of Steinert High School. Tina was formerly employed with the First Student Bus Co. Tina found great joy in being around the children every day. She was an avid bingo player, loved horse racing and playing solitaire on the computer. Tina loved her family dearly and always put everyone else before herself.

Daughter of the late Charles Psalto and Lois (DeClerico) Garcia, step-daughter of the late Rafael Garcia, wife of the late Jesus Torres, Grandmother of the late baby Isaiah, and sister of the late Victoria Psalto, and Donna Quijada, she is survived by her children Francina Torres, Nicholas Torres, Christian Rivera, and Jamie Rivera, 6 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson, her siblings Ricardo Garcia and his wife Terry, Charles Psalto, Jr., Judith Patton, Charlene Thaler, Joseph Garcia, and Ginger Rodriguez, her step-mother Elayne Senft, many nieces and nephews, and her close friend Jose Rivera.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, December 16, 2022, at 11:00am at Knott's Colonial Funeral Home 2946 South Broad Street Hamilton, NJ 08610. A calling hour will be held from 10:00am to 11:00am at the funeral home. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Hamilton. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made directly to the family.
