Obituary of Josefina Caraballo

Josefina Feliciano Caraballo, 88, a longtime resident of Hamilton Twp., NJ, born on Nov 9th 1933 in Guayanilla, Puerto Rico passed away peacefully on August 26, 2022 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Hamilton Twp, NJ. She loved being with family, enjoyed holidays…especially Christmas, music, cooking and shopping. She will be dearly missed by her family and those who knew and loved her. Josefina was preceded in death by her parents Felix and Cruzita (Ortiz) Feliciano of Guayanilla, Puerto Rico and her siblings, Rubin Feliciano of Guayanilla Puerto Rico, Ralph Feliciano of Trenton, NJ and Carmen (Feliciano) Santiago of Hamilton Twp., NJ and an infant daughter Edia Caraballo. She is survived by her family, her Daughter Edna (Caraballo) Gambino and her husband Alfonso Gambino of Trenton, NJ, her Son Edelmiro (Eddy) Caraballo Jr. and his wife Carmen of Bristol, Pennsylvania, her Daughter Mary Ann (Caraballo) Pagano and her husband Barry Pagano of Yardville, NJ, Daughter Lillian Caraballo of Hamilton Twp., NJ, Son Richard Caraballo of Hamilton Twp., NJ, Son Edwin Caraballo and his wife Darlene of Hamilton Twp., NJ, Son Frederick Caraballo and his wife Sheila of Absecon, NJ, Son Hector Velez and his wife Marisol of Marlton, NJ, Brother Fernando Feliciano of Bristol, PA, Sister Carlina (Feliciano) Hernandez of Guayanilla, Puerto Rico, Niece Maribel Osoria of Levittown, Pennsylvania who assisted Josefina's daughters in her care over the years. Several Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Great-Great Grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held on Friday, September 2, 2022 at 10:30am at Knott's Colonial Funeral Home 2946 South Broad Street Hamilton, NJ 08610. Father Dennis Apoldite of the Sacred Heart Church in Trenton will officiate. Calling hour at the funeral home will be held from 9:30am to 10:30am.
