Obituary of Mary B. Breccia

Mary B. Breccia, 92, of Hamilton, passed away on March 13, 2022. Born in Jessup, PA, she resided in Trenton before moving to Hamilton. Mary was a graduate of Trenton Central High School, Class of 1946. She was a graduate of the State Teachers College, now known as The College of New Jersey, Class of 1950, where she received her Bachelor's Degree in education. She retired from Trenton Central High School as a business education teacher. She was a longtime parishioner of St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church in Allentown. Mary enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was an avid Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles fan, and could often be heard yelling "go baby, go!" during the games.
Daughter of the late Andrew and Anna (Staskovic) Bodnar, sister of the late Andrew Bodnar, and Eleanor Bodnar Pugliese, she is survived by her loving husband of 65 years Carl A. Breccia of Hamilton, her son and daughter-in-law David and Marianne Breccia of Cape Coral, FL, her daughter and son-in-law Beverly and Stephen Kreinnaker, Jr. of Hamilton. Mary will be missed dearly by her four grandchildren Stephen Parrey, Dr. Carla Guarini (Thomas), Samantha Breccia, and Nicole Breccia, one very special great-grandson Luca Guarini, her two siblings Anna Grala of Lawrenceville, and Joseph and his wife Marion Bodnar of Bordentown, and many dear cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
The funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, March 18, 2022 at 11:00am at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church 1282 Yardville Allentown Rd, Allentown, NJ 08501. A calling hour will be held at the church from 10:00am until 11:00am. Interment will be in St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Cemetery Clover Ave, Hamilton. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (www.stjude.org), St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, or St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church of Trenton c/o 191 Norman Ave, Roebling, NJ 08554.
