Obituary of Alan M. Feinsilber

Alan M. Feinsilber, 71, passed away in the company of his loving sisters, Susan Volkert and Lyn Ermer, on October 20, 2021, following a sudden illness.
Alan was born on September 2, 1950 in Trenton, NJ. After graduating from Ewing High School and Rider College, Alan became a longtime resident of Houston, TX. He was a certified public accountant and businessman for thirty years. During that time, he owned a computer repair shop.
At age 55, Alan obtained a Masters in Education from the University of Houston, and began a second career as a teacher in the Houston Independent School District. At the time of his death, he had been teaching at Tanglewood Middle School.
Alan was predeceased by his parents Jacob and Anita Feinsilber and his beloved Aunt Gerry Sklar. He leaves behind his sisters, their husbands, and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, all of whom loved Alan dearly. Alan greatly enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews, his many friends and his loyal dog.
A funeral and burial service will be held for Alan on November 14, 2021 at 1:00pm at Greenwood Cemetery, 1800 Hamilton Ave, Hamilton Township, NJ.
