Obituary of Patricia M. Guscior

Patricia M. Guscior, 94, of Hamilton, passed away on April 27, 2021. Born in Trenton, she has been an area resident all of her life. Pat was most recently residing at the Homestead at Hamilton. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Sorrows-St. Anthony Parish, a member of the St. Anthony Seniors, and also Cathedral Alumni. Daughter of the late George and Margaret (McLaughlin) Burns, wife of the late Francis L. Guscior, mother-in-law of the late Kenneth A. Erick, sister of the late Rev. John J. Burns and Jeanne DeVaney (Bernard), and aunt of the late Robert DeVaney, she is survived by her children Anne M. Mapps and her husband Ronald of Hamilton, and Frances G. Erick of Hamilton, 7 grandchildren Keith Mapps, Jeri Fell (Todd), Susan Pomplas (Mark), Melissa Lenihan, Heather Morman (Kevin), Christopher Erick, and Scott Erick, 10 great-grandchildren Shane, Cheyenne, Michael, Raven, Matthew, Christina, Conner, Riley, Thatcher, and Mackenzie, 5 great great-grandchildren Shane Jr., Landen, Cayden, Julian, and Lucas, her sister Sr. Marie Burns D.C., her brother Joseph Burns, and many nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, May 2, 2021 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Knott's Colonial Funeral Home 2946 South Broad Street, Hamilton. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, May 3 at 11:00am at St. Anthony's Church 626 South Olden Avenue, Hamilton, NJ 08629. Interment will take place at St. Mary's Cemetery Cedar Lane, Hamilton. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to either the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
