Obituary of John Joseph Takach

John Joseph Takach Jr., 65, of Bordentown, passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2021. He was a beloved son, father, and grandfather who will be greatly missed. John was the son of the late Marie and John J. Takach. He is survived by his loving daughter, Cecelia Marie Takach, two grandchildren, Kyle and Robert, sisters Diane MacNair (James), and Carol Stout (Gene), nieces and nephews Jennifer Lewis (Keith), John Henry (Terri), and James MacNair. John was a lifelong resident of Bordentown, a 1973 graduate from Bordentown Regional High School, and a proud parishioner of St. Raphael-Holy Angels Parish. In his younger years, he loved bowling and in his most recent years loved spending time with his daughter and grandsons. Relatives and friends may call on Friday morning from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., at the Knotts Colonial Funeral Home, 2946 South Broad Street, Hamilton. A prayer service will be held at St. Mary's Cemetery, 1200 Cedar Lane. at 11:30 a.m. Facial coverings at the funeral home are mandatory. Social distancing guidelines must also be adhered to.
