I am so saddened. Joe and I were classmates in Baltimore 1963-69. Joe was a good athlete, good student, good guy. I hadn’t been with him for many years, but we exchanged 3rd party messages occasionally. Strangely, today, October 20, I thought about Joe, and I decided to Google him. Unexpectedly finding this memorial. I saw his picture. Certainly the same Joe Kramer from the 1960’s Baltimore. Even more ironically, I, who live in Brooklyn, was in Baltimore at my daughter’s wedding on the day of his death. My condolences and love go out to his surviving family. Joe will always be with you. Just look around the corner.
