Obituary of Lorraine D. Haws

Lorraine (Tobin) Haws, 96, of Hamilton, died on May 1, 2020. Born in Trenton, she was a former resident of Levittown, PA, and Yardley, PA, and had been a resident of Hamilton for 19 years. Lorraine was a homemaker and caretaker for her husband, John, of 52 years. Daughter of the late James P. and Leanilda Tobin, wife of the late John L. Haws, mother of the late Thomas J. Haws, and grandmother of the late Christina Haws. She was also sister of the late William J. Tobin and sister-in-law of the late Norman Smith and Frank Stillitano. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law John J. and Mary Lou Haws of Rhomulus, NY, two daughters and sons-in-law, Donna and Stephen Vallery of Yardville, NJ and Belinda Gunduz of Levittown, PA, 14 grandchildren, Joshua, Jed, Timothy (Sarah), Matthew, and Maggie Haws, Kevin Vallery (Loren), Meghan Taylor (John), Kelly Richardson (Shamus), Brian Vallery (Shannon), Troy, Avianna, and Alanna Vallery, Connor Gunduz, and Allison Haws, and 12 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by four sisters and two brothers-in-law, Joan Smith of Columbus, Leanilda and Edwin Hollins of Georgia, Patricia and LeRoy Hoch of Lawrenceville, and Jacqueline Stillitano of Yardley, PA. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, funeral services and Interment in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery will be held privately for the family.
