Gerald Pontbriand, 90, passed away on April 5, 2020 in Princeton, NJ. Born in North Attleboro, MA to Charles and Lucille Pontbriand, Gerry was a long-time resident of Fort Lee, NJ, before moving to West Windsor, NJ in 2001. He was a business owner, owning, at different times, a restaurant and tavern in New York City. He loved playing golf and shooting pool, a good meal, traveling, and spending time with his family. Gerry was predeceased by his wife Joyce, his brother Roger and sister Carole. He will be lovingly remembered by his sons, Roget and Allan Pontbriand, his daughter Leslie Lambertson, his stepsons, Larry and David Haynes, and their families. The funeral will be a private, graveside service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to RISE, a local food bank and charity in Mercer County.
