Deepest regrets upon Bill's passing. I worked for him many years ago at the USPS. He was always a fine and caring guy. We had beers a few times at Jule's Tavern in Chambersburg. He will be missed.

Mr Pecci has served the youth of Hamilton in so many ways that a count is not possible. The HAMILTON A’s BASEBALL Organization was supported from day one by Bill to share the fields off Maple Shade Ave, affectionately known as PECCI FIELD, with us. It was Bill’s energy, enthusiasm and determination that brought our ideas of a travel baseball program in Hamilton to fruition.
ON behalf of the entire A’s family, we the members of the Board send our deepest sympathy to you Judy and Bill’s entire family. We will miss Bill immeasurably and our prayers are with each of you. May God Bless Bill in his journey home.

My 1st introduction to Bill was in the early 90’s when I coached my son’s sports teams and then my daughter’s teams. Bill was the ultimate mentor and gentleman. I can honestly say that I am a better person and father having met and known Bill back then! My thoughts and prayers for Bill and to his family. Always grateful!!! Bill Donahue

The first time I met Bill was on my interview with the Y...he looked at me with the biggest smile and made fun of me for being a Packer fan! Bill loved life, children, sports, his community, but most of all his wife!!! There wasn’t a day in 10 years I didn’t hear him talking to her, about her or meeting her for lunch or dinner!! She was the light of his life!! I will miss him and always remember him!!!
